Texans Add J. Black to Offensive Tackle Mix
Free agent offensive tackle Jordan Black agreed to a two-year, $3.5 million contract with the Houston Texans.
The deal includes a $1.5 million signing bonus.
For now, the Texans' starters at offensive tackle are Charles Spencer and Eric Winston. But Spencer is working his way back from a broken leg and Black can press both for playing time.
Black, a starter at left tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs this past season, also was pursued by the Oakland Raiders.
