Tuiasosopo Could Be Jets' Backup

The New York Jets reportedly have reached a contract agreement with free agent quarterback Marques Tuiasosopo, formerly of the Oakland Raiders.

The Newark Star-Ledger reported that the deal could become official by Friday. Tuiasosopo would compete with second-year pro Kellen Clemens for the backup role behind starter Chad Pennington.
