Broncos Extend Shanahan's Contract

The Denver Broncos extended the contract of their coach, Mike Shanahan.

The three-year extension runs through the 2011 season, the team announced.

The two-time Super Bowl-winning coach has 123 regular season victories and seven playoff appearances in 12 seasons with the Broncos.
