Few In League Expect Goodell to Reduce Jones's Suspension
Tennessee Titans cornerback Adam (Pacman) Jones had a hearing before NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on Friday in New York, as scheduled. Jones is appealing the season-long suspension imposed on him by Goodell for violating the league's conduct policy.
Jones and his representatives have cited the punishments handed down to other players by the league for legal troubles, and reportedly have left open the possibility of filing a lawsuit.
Several executives within the league who are familiar with the case have said in recent weeks that they don't expect Goodell to reduce the suspension. When Goodell imposed the penalty, he made Jones's suspension reviewable after 10 games.

Didn't the guy go to a strip club the night before his meeting with Goodell. Didn't he get pulled over for speeding the week prior. the guy is a time bomb. he may not be an actual criminal, but for a leagu concerned about its image, he is a risk.
