R. Williams's Reinstatement Delayed By Positive Marijuana Test
Suspended Miami Dolphins tailback Ricky Williams tested positive last month for marijuana use, an NFL source said.
Williams sat out last season and continues to serve a one-year suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy. He has applied for reinstatement but now won't be eligible before September, said the source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the confidentiality of the drug-testing program.
The positive test last month was first reported by ESPN.

Couldn't they cut an dred off and tck his weed smoking for as long as he has had the dreds. funny how these guys never have issues in college and lose thier minds in the pros. I guess the check in college really wasn't that nice.
