Bills to Present Toronto Plan to Owners

The Buffalo Bills have received county and state approval of their proposal to play one preseason and one regular season home game in Toronto annually, beginning next year.

Next up is approval by the NFL. The Bills are scheduled to present the plan to the league's franchise owners during a meeting that begins Tuesday in Philadelphia, although no vote is likely to be taken this week.
