Jaguars Get Backup Plan at Quarterback

The Jacksonville Jaguars signed quarterback Todd Bouman to back up new starter Quinn Gray.

The Jaguars picked Bouman over Drew Henson and Doug Johnson, who also worked out Wednesday for team officials. Bouman formerly had stints with the Minnesota Vikings, New Orleans Saints and Green Bay Packers.

Gray takes over as the Jaguars' starter with David Garrard expected to be sidelined 3-4 weeks by a high ankle sprain suffered during Monday night's loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
