L. Briggs Pleads Guilty to Leaving Scene of Accident, Failing to Report Accident
Chicago Bears linebacker Lance Briggs pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and failing to report an accident.
He was ordered to perform 15 days of community service, fined $485 and put under court supervision for a year.
Briggs abandoned his vehicle following an Aug. 27 crash by a Chicago expressway.
