Patriots Activate Seymour
The New England Patriots activated defensive end Richard Seymour today, making him eligible to play Sunday against the Washington Redskins in Foxborough, Mass.
Seymour had been on the physically unable to perform list after undergoing offseason knee surgery.
He began practicing this week and the Patriots had three weeks to place him on the injured reserve list, which would have ended his season, or activate him.
