Testaverde to Make Second Straight Start for Panthers

Carolina Panthers Coach John Fox named Vinny Testaverde to start at quarterback in Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Testaverde beat the Arizona Cardinals 12 days ago, only four days after signing with the Panthers, with David Carr sidelined by a back injury. The Panthers had a bye last weekend, and Carr practiced this week. But he failed to convince Fox that he's fully healthy, and the 43-year-old Testaverde is to make a second straight start.
