Colts Expect Freeney to Miss At Least Three Weeks

The Indianapolis Colts expect to be without defensive end Dwight Freeney for at least three weeks.

Freeney suffered a foot injury during Sunday night's loss to the San Diego Chargers. Colts President Bill Polian said during his weekly radio show Monday that he expects Freeney to miss at least three to four weeks, and perhaps more.

The Colts claimed veteran defensive end Simeon Rice off waivers Monday. He'd been released by the Denver Broncos.
