McNabb Misses Third Straight Day of Practice

It's looking like the Philadelphia Eagles will be without quarterback Donovan McNabb when they face the unbeaten New England Patriots on Sunday night in Foxborough, Mass.

McNabb missed his third straight day of practice today because of ankle and thumb injuries suffered last weekend.

Eagles Coach Andy Reid has left open the possibility of McNabb playing Sunday without practicing this week. But most likely, the Eagles will start A.J. Feeley.

It's time for Reed to make the change. Get rid of McNabb and start building for the future.

FEELEY DEFINITELY HAS SOME TALENT. BUT HE NEEDS SOME REFINING. I'VE HEARD THAT WHAT KEPT HIM FROM BECOMING A STARTER QB IS HIS CRUNCH TIME WOES. THAT IS WHAT SEPARATES HIM FROM BRADY, MANNING, ETC...NEW ENGLAND COULD HAVE LOST HAD HE BEEN PATIENT WITH THE PLAY DURING THE LAST 4 MINUTES. AS A NEW ENGLAND FAN, I ADMIT, I THINK PATS COULD HAVE LOST. BUT PATS HUNG IN THERE AND WAITED UNTIL THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY CAME TO ICE THE GAME. LUCKY OR NOT, PATS WORKED HARD ON THIS ONE AND PROVED TO EVERYONE THAT THEY ARE NOT INVINCIBLE. THEY ARE NOT ABOVE NFL AND WINNING #11 IS NOT AN EASY TASK. THEY DONT CRUISE TO VICTORY. EACH WIN IS HARD EARNED. THEREFORE THEY DESERVE TO BE RESPECTED AND NOT HATED.
