Week 12 Rankings

The Colts don't get to keep a top-three ranking based on the presumption that they are the NFL's second-best team when they're at full capacity. It's beginning to look possible that they won't be at full capacity again all season. The Packers move up to third and the Colts drop to fourth. The quality really drops off after the top half-dozen. The Steelers lose to another inferior team, this time the Jets, and plummet to ninth.

mark, you've been apparently taking flack (sp?) for an apparent distaste for the Packers - if i've played a part in that, i apologize, i think its somewhat unfair. and no, this isnt just because they're now #3 on the listy-list, either.

seems i've been corrected about the steelers, though. ugh.

I think Mark deserves the flack. He has put the Packers down all season. He just couldn't do it now because the Packers are 9-1. Mark, it's not personal. I enjoy the sparing.

I see the 49ers are down to #31. Guess who holds the 49ers' first-round draft pick next year? Bwahahahahahahahah.

Why even bother with a 2-4? There should be a gap between 1 and 5. The Cowboys, at home, weren't even close to the Patriots. Indy, at home, was, but if there had been a fifth quarter, the score would have ended up 38-20.

That Packers-Cowboys game will be the showdown for the No. 2 ranking in this blog. Maybe the NFL Network can plug the game that way.

...and Norv Turner is, once again, ranked below Joe Gibbs.
