Bears Going With K. Orton at Quarterback
The Chicago Bears are turning to a third different starting quarterback this season.
With Rex Grossman sidelined by a knee injury, Coach Lovie Smith has decided to go with Kyle Orton ahead of Brian Griese.
Orton was the team's starter as a rookie in 2005 but had been third on the depth chart this season behind Grossman and Griese. Grossman was benched in favor of Griese earlier this season. He reclaimed the starting job but was knocked from Thursday's loss to the Washington Redskins and likely will miss the remainder of the season.
Griese threw a pair of interceptions in the loss to the Redskins, which dropped the Bears' record to 5-8 and virtually eliminated the defending NFC champions from playoff contention.

Will Lovie still have a job after this season ends?
