Fox, Hurney Go About Their Business in Carolina as Richardson Remains Mum

Carolina Panthers owner Jerry Richardson still hasn't said publicly that he's retaining Coach John Fox and General Manager Marty Hurney.

The NFL Network reported recently that Richardson had said that off camera, but Richardson has declined since then to confirm it.

The Panthers just completed a 7-9 season, and Fox and Hurney are operating as if they're staying.
