Sapp Fined $75,000
The league fined Oakland Raiders defensive tackle Warren Sapp $75,000 for his conduct during last Sunday's loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Sapp received three unsportsmanlike conduct penalties and was ejected from the game. The officials accused him of using foul language, being disrespectful to them and bumping them. Sapp denied addressing the officials disrespectfully or bumping them.
The league also fined Raiders defensive end Derrick Burgess $25,000. He also was assessed an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty during the game.

excuse me Jim Quirk Can tackle Nick Barnettby the neck at that i really don't care if he was trying to break up a fight and the Commissioner fines him for eight grand but if the player uses a foul language against the official it's 75,000 grand what's wrong with this picture c'mon the problem we have here is that the league is giving te officials too much leeway here is another problem the player get too much scrutny towards the officals but the officals don't get much scrutny against the playerin aother words no matter what the player says NFL offices are not going to back him up it's that simple.
