Dolphins Release T. Green, Eight Others

Veteran quarterback Trent Green was among nine players released today by the Miami Dolphins.

Green, 37, could be headed to retirement after suffering his second concussion in two seasons and ending the season on the injured reserve list.

The Dolphins also released wide receiver Marty Booker, defensive tackle Keith Traylor, offensive tackle L.J. Shelton and a group of less prominent players that included offensive tackles Anthony Alabi, Marion Dukes and Joe Toledo and defensive tackles Anthony Bryant and Marquay Love.
