Mara Says Coughlin Deal Will Be Completed Soon

INDIANAPOLIS--The New York Giants haven't yet completed a contract extension with Coach Tom Coughlin. But owner John Mara said today that the deal will be done soon.

"Not yet," said Mara, a member of the league's competition committee. "The primary reason is I've been out here all week in meetings. I had a good conversation yesterday with his agents. This is going to get done. It's a matter of both sides having time to complete it."
