League Meeting Under Way

PALM BEACH, Fla.--The annual league meeting is under way.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell's address to the franchise owners and other representatives of the 32 teams has begun at the Breakers resort.

Goodell is scheduled to participate in a news conference later today, and the focus undoubtedly will be his proposed crackdown on cheating.
