R. Gay to Saints as Patriots Lose Another Cornerback

The New England Patriots have lost another cornerback.

Two days after Asante Samuel left for the Philadelphia Eagles, fellow unrestricted free agent Randall Gay has agreed to a four-year, $17.8 million deal with the New Orleans Saints. The contract includes $6.9 million in guaranteed money.

It's a homecoming for Gay, a Louisiana native who attended college at LSU.
