Full Schedule Released

Next season's full schedule has been released by the NFL.

The New England Patriots, coming off a Super Bowl defeat to the New York Giants on the heels of the first 16-0 regular season in league history, open the 2008 season at home against the Kansas City Chiefs at 1 p.m. on Sept. 7.

Other Sept. 7 games include Dallas at Cleveland and the New York Jets at Miami. The league previously had announced featured opening weekend games, including the Washington Redskins against the Giants at Giants Stadium in the Sept. 4 season opener.

On Thanksgiving, the Arizona Cardinals play at Philadelphia in the night game after Tennessee plays at Detroit and Seattle plays at Dallas in the afternoon games.
