Titans Agree to Trade Pacman Jones to Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys and Tennessee Titans have agreed to a trade involving suspended cornerback Adam (Pacman) Jones, a source familiar with the discussions confirmed.

The Titans have agreed to trade Jones to the Cowboys for a draft pick, according to the source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the deal has not been announced.

ESPN is reporting that the Titans will receive a fourth-round choice from the Cowboys in return.

The trade does not affect Jones's playing status. He has been suspended for more than a year for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy and has not been reinstated by Commissioner Roger Goodell.

Goodell has said that he will review Jones's playing status before training camps open this summer. He has said he provided no guarantees about Jones's availability to the teams that inquired.

Awww....don't be jealous!

I'm sure your midget owner will find more ways to trade away all your team's draft picks for overrated players.

See ya deadskins!

God I cant wait till he blows up.

A 4th for Pacman - a YOUNG pro-bowler... And the Skins FO wanted to give a 1st and a 3rd for CJ - a 31 y.o. pro bowler.... Does anyone see anything wrong with the way the Skins FO values players?

Nice...Tank Williams, PacMan, TO...we need to come up with an NFL Cowboys equivalent of the "Jailblazers" moniker that graced the Portland NBA franchise for so many years. Not that TO has been arrested, of course, but you can count on some sort of on-camera emotional breakdown when one of the other guys gets arrested, that will add nicely to the soap opera.

Next stop...Chris Henry!

TOO Many trip clubs in Dallas for Pac-Man he will not make the year before making it rain again.

wait... what was your record last year deadskins?

Posted by: Silver and Blue | April 23, 2008 11:05 PM

Mike Irvin can get Pacman a Coke endorsement. how does Jerry Jones get inside info from the commish before pulling the trigger on this? is he auditioning for the Joker in the next Batman with that knife work on his face? why all the hate for Dan Snyder, he doesn't own that MackieDo you work at and isn't responsible for you being stuck on the broom detail. i hope you get the promo to fries so you can move up to a dubba wide. plowboys ain't our rivals, put them out west where they belong

when was the cowholes last playoff win?? Exactly. Maybe pachole will bring the girls back to their rightful place....prison!! Cowholes Suuuuuuuuuuuuucck!!

Posted by: cosmofla | April 23, 2008 11:42 PM

Actually we kicked the Cowboys asses all over Fed Ex and made the playoffs just like Dallas. Neither team won any playoff games - so our record means what Silver and Blue? We did just as well as you. Did you even think before you wrote that? Maybe you should stop doing the turkey bob on TOs jock and wake up to the fact that Pac Man might not even be able to play this season. If I could I would send you .35 so you could call someone that cares.

5 superbowl wins...

Nice job Crackwagon...Pacman,Tank, the tradition continues. Maybe they should pick up Chris Henry too.

That's a nice group of gentlemen being assembled there: Tank Williams, PacMan, TO.

And everybody thought Al Davis was "off".

Hey Jerry: take a good look at Al, 'cause that is you in a few years.

I had doubts about Pacman getting reinstated, but now that he's with the Cowboys its automatic. There are different rules for different teams and the 'boys are definitely most favored.

"America's Team"; crybaby narcissists, thugs & celebrity-chasing pretty boys. Landry's puking in his grave.

You can always tell the effectiveness of a trade by seeing hopw p*ssed the opposing teams are. Judging from this stream, Cowboys made awesome decisions with Tank, TO and Pacman.

Posted by: Giantman | April 24, 2008 11:41 AM

I wonder what TO thinks about his new competition? TO's a big ball hog.

Posted by: Beepzee | April 24, 2008 11:54 AM

Dalass needs a drug test after every game.

Posted by: Arl. | April 24, 2008 12:12 PM

America's team is back. We got the Pacman, and to all you losers out there - when you have 8 superbowl appearances, more divison and playoff wins than ANY other team in the NFL then you can open your mouths. Until then KNOW YOUR ROLE and just give us was is rightfully ours -the 2009 Superbowl trophy. PS to all those confused Skins fans, maybe you can get another 50 year old QB again I hear Billy Kilmer or Theisman may come out of retirement. Call Riggins while your at it. Gibgs is TOO busy watching Nascar. Enjoy last place this year suckers while Dallas enjoys trophy # 6!!!
PS - you may print this.

Whatever "America's Team" (2:02 post) is smokin' or drinkin' may not be legal.

C'mon, admit it! Your really are Michael Irvin, aren't you?

Posted by: IgglesFan | April 24, 2008 3:07 PM

To Iggles- I'm not Irvin but a life long-die hard Cowboys fan. Just want to get back to our glory days. 13 years without a playoff win has been TOO long. I want to win it ALL this year, NO exceptions.

Posted by: Cowboys fan DC | April 24, 2008 3:47 PM

Silver and Blue: Our record in the playoffs was the same as yours!!!!!

Posted by: Gary | April 24, 2008 4:06 PM

the only super bowl these plowboys get is made by Kohler. with this deal the bowl is full of poo-poo and needs to be flushed. p-man paid the shooter off and now everybody but Joker Face knows. not our rivals, ship them out west, please. Mike Irvin thought p-man's shooter had to do with something else in his arm
