Ailing Shoulder Shelves McNabb

Quarterback Donovan McNabb sat out the Philadelphia Eagles' practice Tuesday with what was described as tendinitis in his shoulder.

Kevin Kolb ran the starting offense in McNabb's absence, another sign that the second-year pro is taking over as McNabb's primary backup.
