Dolphins Will Welcome Back J. Taylor, According to Sparano

The Miami Dolphins apparently are prepared to welcome back defensive end Jason Taylor.

Coach Tony Sparano said during an interview with a South Florida radio station Tuesday that he'd told Taylor last week the team wants him back.

Sparano's comments come on the heels of Taylor saying Sunday he wasn't demanding a trade and would play for the Dolphins next season if he's not dealt.

Taylor and the team, particularly front office chief Bill Parcells, have been at odds for much of the offseason over Taylor's participation in the "Dancing with the Stars" program. Both sides seem to have struck a more conciliatory tone in recent days, although Parcells has been conspicuously silent on the issue.
