Bears Almost Done Signing Draft Picks

Tailback Matt Forte agreed to a four-year contract with the Chicago Bears.

Forte was a second-round draft pick in April out of Tulane. The Chicago Tribune reported that the deal is worth about $3.7 million, including approximately $2 million in bonus money.

The Bears have signed 11 of their 12 draft picks. Only first-rounder Chris Williams remains unsigned.
