Burress's Contract Now Giants' Major Concern
Now that disgruntled tight end Jeremy Shockey has been traded, the remaining headache for the New York Giants is the contract status of wide receiver Plaxico Burress.
Burress has been seeking a new contract and expressed optimism at one point during the offseason that a deal was about to be struck. But it didn't happen, and now Burress will head to camp in Albany, N.Y., still unhappy about the situation.
