Portion of Highway Near Bills' Stadium Named for Russert

President Bush has signed a bill naming a portion of a highway near Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y., the home of the Buffalo Bills, after late television newsman Tim Russert.

Russert was an avid Bills fan.
