Songs

From a former colleague. I don't understand this, but I assume it's a soccer reference.:

Yes, there's no Mark Brunell song, but have you noticed that Patrick Ramsey and Jason Campbell scan perfectly with "Guantanamera?"

"Watch out Patrick Ramsey
For Gibbs' trap door Patrick Ramsey
Poor Patrick Ramsey
He's on the bench, Patrick Ramsey"

or

"Put in Jason Campbell
Not Brunell Jason Campbell
Oh Jason Campbell
O-Line protect Jason Campbell"

From reader Brian (not a song):

First off, Deadspin.com (sports blog) referred me to www.hotolympians.com, which I am not visiting for fear of someone seeing the screen at an inopportune time, but I hope it is worthwhile. Second, a curling question. Why are there men's and women's teams at curling? Is there a difference in how the two genders curl? Why not have co-ed curling squads? Is there any way to address this issue without making a snide "Women are better sweepers" joke?

First off, how do I get a link on Deadspin.com? Second off, I don't know the answer to this, but I was wondering myself. Does anyone know? Would men's teams beat women's teams, on average?

Some random woman from the "rate card" stand just came by and gave Mike Wise a hug. They're somehow close friends. She also brought pineapple upside cake for the entire office. Mike Wise introduced me as "Danilo" and style writer Libby Copeland as "Libino," and spoke to the woman throughout the entire conversation with his fake Italian accent. Somehow it seemed to help them understand each other.
