I'm a little interested in that third point: does this mean that any intellectual property I develop in the course of fooling with the Post's feeds by default belongs to the Post?

Not that there's necessarily wrong with that -- your data, your rules -- but nevertheless I'd feel a lot better if you'd add two tiny words to that last point: "with attribution."
