What Do Folks Think of This One?
I've been meaning to post this for a week, since colleague Jeff Ermann asked me about it. What does everyone think about All-Met , Bobby Shannon, now playing at Patterson Prep in Lenoir, N.C., signing with Marshall?
For those not familiar with Shannon, he was a standout at Potomac (Md.), where the 6-foot-5 forward was regarded as highly talented but terribly undisciplined.

Yeah, I don't get why Bobby Shannon chose Marshall. I mean to be All Met two years in a row in this area with all of this talent, and to not be at a respectable D1 school in a respectable conference, just baffles me. Discipline is something that gets fixed with maturity and hopefully with a good coach.
I hope he transfers in a year or two to a better school because this kid has a world of talent.

out of Osbourne High school. His name is Brandon Hogan.I've been hearing about some of his exploits and a possible candidate for recruitment to West Virginia University next year.
