Columnist Thinks NCAA Move Is Off Base

This columnist doesn't like the NCAA's recent push to eliminate prep school diploma mills. It's a fine line, especially in Virginia, where prominent programs such as Oak Hill, Fork Union and Hargrave could be affected.
