Early Signing Period for Football? Believe It When It Happens
Been there, seen it, never had a chance ... until now? Creating an early signing period for football is a topic that seems to come up annually - and never materializes. And while an American Football Coaches Association survey claims that 70 percent of respondents favor this, I'm wondering why this might now have a chance to pass.
