Seventh Round - The Marathon Is Over

Skins take Rob Jackson, a DE from Kansas State, with a 7th round comp pick, their first D Lineman selected in this draft, and their ninth pick overall. He's 6-foot-4, 259 pounds.
They used their last pick on UCLA safety Christopher Horton.

That's all folks.They took 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 OL, I CB, 2 safeties, 1 DL, 1 punter and 1 QB in all.

Will be interested to see if they are able to sign two locals - DL Marcus Dixon of Hampton and LB Erin Henderson of Maryland, as free agents.

It's about time we started shoring up our D-line!

Posted by: aliza | April 27, 2008 6:16 PM

Think people will complain about this choice too?

Posted by: B | April 27, 2008 6:16 PM

B

There will be complaints...I am almost certain...

Posted by: Skip in VA | April 27, 2008 6:17 PM

Dumb selection. They decide to address a need in the 7th round?

Come on.

They just threw a dart at this one. I doubt they even scouted him.

We would have been much better off with Darnell Tyrell a 6'2" CB.

Posted by: arenasmvp4ever | April 27, 2008 6:17 PM

Hope they take Barton from Ohio State with their last pick

Posted by: Rob | April 27, 2008 6:18 PM

Somebody post some info on this kid

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:18 PM

this is the stupidest pick i have ever heard of, erin henderson is still on the board and instead they go with a DE who had 25 tackles and ONLY TWO SACKS in 2007. Just stupid

Posted by: BB | April 27, 2008 6:18 PM

Didn't we have 3 7th round picks? What happened?

Posted by: Section453 | April 27, 2008 6:18 PM

He ought to be slightly better than leaving the DE spot vacant.

Posted by: JC | April 27, 2008 6:19 PM

Good thing the highest rated player still on their board wasn't another punter...

Posted by: Silky Johnson | April 27, 2008 6:19 PM

I'll post it again:

I'm thinking some of these guys will be available in FA, but one of them should be snatched up with pick 249:

CB Zenon, LSU
DL Dixon, Hampton
LB Henderson, Maryland
LB Woodyard, Kentucky
LS Bugg, Indiana

Yes...we will never have a selection without a complaint. And there will never be correct pick.

Posted by: SCSkins | April 27, 2008 6:19 PM

We traded our fifth rounder and one of our seventh rounders for the two sixth rounders.

Posted by: SaltyDog75 | April 27, 2008 6:20 PM

@BB: Henderson? Dude, there are 31 other teams passing on him too. Maybe they know something you don't know.

people have a right to complain after the decisions this team has made in recent years. for example: look what we gave up to get brandon lloyd and tj duckett. we traded the then best CB in champ for a dime a dozen RB. we let antonio pierce get away. we call consecutive timeouts to freeze an opposing kicker. our new coach doesn't know the team colors. fans pay money in tix and merchandise. they have a right to complain idiocy, like 2 WRs in the first three picks.

Posted by: nirvana | April 27, 2008 6:20 PM

Take the DC kid Omar Cuff with the last pick.

Posted by: deskin | April 27, 2008 6:20 PM

Maybe they already have a deal with Henderson to sign him as a free agent if he doesn't get drafted. It happens.

Rob Jackson
DE, Kansas State
War Room analysis
Strengths: Never stops hustling, and loves the game. Shows good all-around skills. Is quick and agile. Is involved in plays all over the field. Gets back into plays even when blocked initially.

Weaknesses: Lacks elite physical qualities in any area. Must improve lower-body strength to become a solid run stopper. Must improve hand usage to fight off blocks and learn to read plays better.

Bottom line: Jackson, a junior college transfer, was a big-time pass rusher in the Big 12. Jackson could move up draft boards with great pre-draft workouts; his intangibles are so good, GMs will jump all over him if he shows he is a good athlete. Jackson is ideally suited to be a backup defensive end in a 3-4 scheme but must add 15-20 pounds for the role. He is the type of player who could start for a few games as an injury replacement and prove tough to get out of the lineup.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:21 PM

What a stud.....Not sure how he slipped to the 7th round with that blazing speed (4.9)

Maybe if he starts rushing the QB on Saturday he can be in the backfield by game time (sigh)

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:21 PM

not that i trust espn or kiper or anything, but they had this guy as the FORTY-SECOND rated defensive end in the draft. let's hope our scouts know what they're doing.

Posted by: dave | April 27, 2008 6:21 PM

The only reason I am complaining is because I would have wanted a CB much more right now. THe guy we picked will be out of the league by next year. Oh but its OK because he is a DE? Give it up already. We had a good draft but did not get a DE. That does not mean we should just throw a dart and draft one in the 7th round with better players available.

Posted by: arenasmvp4ever | April 27, 2008 6:22 PM

Good pick. Projected 4th round, so great in 7th. Too light to play DE in NFL, move to OLB. 4.78 40 ok.

02/05/08 - Texas vs. The Nation Review: DE Rob Jackson (Missouri)-Pass rusher showed his explosion off the edge in practice and the game, but that's his one trick. He must be able to counter inside and shed blocks to be effective in the NFL.
01/29/08 - Texas vs. The Nation - Texas Tuesday Practice: Pass-rushing who beat tackles off the edge multiple times, as well as using his hands to rip inside OT Devin Clark on one play. Has the best closing speed of any lineman here. Only yellow jerseys saved the QBs from hitting the ground today. Lost contain on one bootleg, though, as he did not keep his eyes in the backfield.
12/07/07 - 2007 All-Big 12 Honorable Mention: Rob Jackson, DL, was selected All-Big 12 Honorable Mention as selected by the conference's head coaches for the 2007 college football season.

If we do not get Darnell Terrell with our next pick I will be pretty upset. I think he would be a legitimate contributor to our team. He is 6'2" and has great hands.

Posted by: arenasmvp4ever | April 27, 2008 6:24 PM

When will the skins learn that they can't build a better team through the draft and that they need to be getting players through FA and front page trades. I get so MAD when the team waits till late April to make their moves on the roster. IF THE SKINS DON'T TRAID FOR A BIG TIME WR LIKE T.O. AND CONVINCE WAREN SAPP TO COME OUT OF RETIREMENT I WILL NO LONGER BE A FAN OF THE TEAM.

Has anyone heard anything more about Lekelvis Melvin? He's out of LA Tech - Monroe and he ran the 40 in, like. 4.15. He's an undersized safety, but he'd look good in Burgundy.

Posted by: Me | April 27, 2008 6:27 PM

I say take whoever's left with the top 40 time.

Posted by: Alex35332 | April 27, 2008 6:28 PM

I dont understand this pick ... we needed a DE but Roberston from Ga Tech had better physicals, better speed, and much better stats playing harder competition.

I'd say the Skins FO get a C- for this draft. We didn't need the TE in the second. The Giants got Kevin Boss in the 5th round last year. We should have gone DL instead of TE at that point

Posted by: Larry Michael | April 27, 2008 6:28 PM

I'm glad someone finally mentioned it henderson had the numbers on the field but there is a reason 32 teams have passed on him so far. Everyone calling for him in the 3rd or 4th round is insane he has knee issues and we already have Rocky who has bad knees but as a 7th round pick henderson is worth the risk but 3rd or 4th round no way.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:29 PM

Robertson fits in a 3-4 scheme!!!! Do your homework!!!! We don't want him!!!!

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:29 PM

Maybe the Skins are very happy with Chris Wilson's progress and have him penciled in for more time this season ?

He looked good in the playoffs last year...

Posted by: Red Max | April 27, 2008 6:30 PM

Kevin Boss was Division 3 - that's why he was drafted so low.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:30 PM

good project guy,
from NFL .com
"Jackson is a good pass rusher with limited run-stopping abilities. He has decent speed and burst from the outside and a good value this late in the draft."

Posted by: Club 320 | April 27, 2008 6:32 PM

The reason teams are not interested in Erin Henderson OLB from Maryland is because of his ACL injury.

Posted by: Steve Wilhite | April 27, 2008 6:32 PM

Then you'd like Lekelvis Melvin. 4.15 dude.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:33 PM

I am just saying that if Kevin Boss was a 5th rounder, the Skins could have found a decent TE in rounds 3-6 rather than using a 2nd rounder when you already have Cooley

Posted by: Larry Michael | April 27, 2008 6:33 PM

they are gonna have quite a few decent choices after Chicago makes it, here is is, anther WR

Posted by: cgarrisonsr | April 27, 2008 6:33 PM

Horton:

Physicality helps define both Horton and Keyes as prospects. Few college receivers dared to cruise the middle of the field or battle for a jump ball with either player. When the receivers did brave the middle of the field, one of UCLA's two safeties was breaking up the pass or delivering a punishing hit. In his last two seasons, Horton sent seven opponents to the sideline for medical attention.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:37 PM

4.15, thats at least fast enough to replace the kid who gets the tees if he goes down with an injury.

All I need to know about Horton (Safety)

"In his last two seasons, Horton sent seven opponents to the sideline for medical attention."

I'm sold.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:39 PM

This is now a one dimensional WC offense team. They clearly want to outscore the opponents in '08.

Blache has received zero assets either from F A or the draft.

Very risky approach.

NFC East teams will dog madly and force JC to make very fast 3-step drop decisions.

Give them credit - they have the foresight to know they need a good punter.

Posted by: GAD | April 27, 2008 6:39 PM

I know they need two TE. Afterall, I am the great Larry Michael.

but they didn't need one in the second round. I've done my homework, I am Larry Michael

Posted by: Larry Michael | April 27, 2008 6:39 PM

Oh well, maybe Colt Brennan can rush the passer--he saw what a good pass rush against Georgia in the bowl.

Posted by: no DE | April 27, 2008 6:39 PM

Horton's nickname is "Hitman." Maybe he will be a good SS in the box while Landry is roaming in the backfield.

Posted by: SCSkins | April 27, 2008 6:40 PM

Don't forget the D. Coordinator at UCLA is DeWayne Walker -- former Redskins' secondary coach who coached up Sean Taylor. Horton could be solid.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:40 PM

Horton ran a 4.51 in the combine and was projected to go in the 5th round.

Posted by: SCSkins | April 27, 2008 6:41 PM

Here's to a great special teams!

Posted by: insanity | April 27, 2008 6:42 PM

"Undersized" - Isn't that the word for us? Seems like The Danny likes to see eye-to-eye with the guys he picks more than winning. Unddersized corners, undersized receivers for years (until we went on a binge) and now undersized D linemen. I know--Danny will actually be proven brilliant when the league imposes a 5'10" height limit or starts a spin-off midget football league.

I told you some complaints would come...These people amaze me. The know squat about these guys. If they come here and are no good then what? You giys are never pleased. Go root for someone elses team. I know people are entitled to be unhappy, but it seems that this FO can do nothing right in a lot of fans eyes, this is why I say go elsewhere.

We drafted a late round TE last year, and he gave us doughnuts.

Yesterday I wasn't too happy with the three 2nd round picks, but was reading some analysis and I agree with what Kiper said. At least the Redskins are supporting JC and giving him some weapons to work with. Look at how Tennessee continues to leave Vince Young with nothing.

Posted by: kost52 | April 27, 2008 6:45 PM

Time to sign Henderson and Dixon.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:46 PM

Free agents like Lekelvis Melvin. He's fast enough to play corner and could help out on punt returns.

The guy can fly. Remember that name. We've got sign this guy.

Posted by: Me | April 27, 2008 6:46 PM

i saw the GA bowl game vs. HI and Colt looked very lame against a decent team. Seemed very slight too. And what happened to character? He left CO due to a sexual harrassment charge. Is that the case where the kicker (female kicker) was r-aped? Great--Joe's been gone, what?, 4-5 months and we're using picks on guys that was terrible in his bowl game, fled one school on character issues and has a weak arm.

Posted by: cookie | April 27, 2008 6:46 PM

Hey Skip,

Right there with ya.

Nice to know there are still sane people on the boards.

Posted by: B | April 27, 2008 6:47 PM

There's a reason great talent gets drafted later than usual. Measureables may be lower than ideal. Like size, speed, weight, etc... but if they are really productive or show great football playing skills, they will succeed. Look at Brian Westbrook out of Villanova for example. Undersized and injury prone, but a huge weapon and drafted without much fanfare. Super underrated even to this day.

Point is, if you don't have a great high pick, you have to take chances on guys that you think has great talent but may not have ideal measureables, causing them to grade lower than their talent.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:48 PM

Vince Hall - LB (Va Tech)

Jay Leman - LB (Ill.)

both solid players that would add depth for our LB corps until we get Rocky back...

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:48 PM

Shut up everybody who is criticizing me. I'm smarter than you, because I have more money. Now bring me Colt Brennan's jock; I would like to sniff it.

Posted by: Mr. Snyder | April 27, 2008 6:50 PM

Now sign USC center Matt Spanos.

Posted by: Joe | April 27, 2008 6:50 PM

Jaws is eating up what the Skins did in the draft - he loves it. And we've already heard Mel Kiper Jr. say the same things.

Enjoy that haters.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:51 PM

above anon, great point - the Eagles have had many good undersized players like CBs, and DL guys that have done well with good talent and didn't grade out well due to their size.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:52 PM

Our long National Nightmare is over.

Skins get two starters...a WR and the Punter.

OG is a backup and one of the other two receivers is a package guy. The other is hurt or sucks and is cut.

Two ST guys (one is a backup DB) make the team and one draftee and one UFA make the taxi Squad.

The 5-11 record next year gives the team a good position to draft the linemen it should ahve drafted this year.

Posted by: corkczar & Jean Dixon | April 27, 2008 6:53 PM

I'm pretty satisfied with the draft. It's Vinny's first, he'll do better.. oh you mean...really...Duckett

Posted by: Crozz | April 27, 2008 6:53 PM

"When the receivers did brave the middle of the field, one of UCLA's two safeties was breaking up the pass or delivering a punishing hit. In his last two seasons, Horton sent seven opponents to the sideline for medical attention."

Another Sean Taylor.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:53 PM

The Pats have also been very successful going the undersized route when it comes to talented CBs in the past years. Asante Samuels and another one they lost a couple of years ago to FA.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:54 PM

how come erin henderson didn't get picked? I heard he was a 3rd to 4th rounder, with latest being 5th round. Must be some unknown info on him for no1 to pick him

Posted by: kyle | April 27, 2008 6:54 PM

"Another Sean Taylor" - Settle down, Beavis! He hasn't even made the team yet.

Posted by: Uncle Keith | April 27, 2008 6:55 PM

There is no such person with the name "Lekelvis Melvin."

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:55 PM

yeah - we have to actually give dannyboy some credit for hanging on to draft picks and actually putting on a show of building the team and filling holes with young (and cheap) players. (not for lack of trying to get rid of them of course. I'm quite certain we would have traded every last pick for 1 chad johnson). I'm cautiously optimistic that the draft picks will help a little. I'm much more worried about the fact that our coaching search was a disaster and everyone says Zorn is a much better teacher than leader and headcoach.

Posted by: jayjay | April 27, 2008 6:55 PM

Vinny: "With the poor choices this year we are positioning the Redskins to be a real player in next year's draft. We could even be high enough to get Ocho cinco to address our WR needs."

Posted by: Crozz | April 27, 2008 6:56 PM

Who said "Another Sean Taylor"

You must be joking. Taylor was a 1st round pick. This guy is no Sean Taylor

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 6:56 PM

Yeah don't insult the legacy of ST by comparing him to a 7th rounder. Players in this round rarely make the team much less actually become impact players. That said, I like the idea of getting a physical enforcer in the 7th round. Players who hit and play hard have a good shot at finding a niche, even if it's just special teams.

Posted by: jayjay | April 27, 2008 6:57 PM

I've seen Lekelvis Melvin play at La Tech. Personally. His reported speed plays out on the field. Granted, 4.15 is hard to believe, but he plays that fast too.

I've seen him, dude. He can help us. I can't find him on espn.com either, but believe me, he's for real.

Posted by: Me | April 27, 2008 6:58 PM

Does anybody know when the NFL draft is?

Posted by: Stuart J. | April 27, 2008 6:58 PM

For those of us who don't get ESPN, can someone paraphrase what Jaws and Kiper said about the 'Skins draft?

Thanks.

Posted by: SCSkins | April 27, 2008 6:58 PM

It still seems like we were all over the place. I think we hit the major needs but not as well as we could have. That said, it is good to see the 'Skins be relevent in the draft. This may be a good one in a couple years.

Posted by: ssh1549 | April 27, 2008 6:58 PM

5 out of 4 people have trouble with fractions.
These same people also ran the Redskins draft.

Posted by: jcg | April 27, 2008 6:58 PM

Ok...now that the draft is over...now you can go get a couple of free agents to fill in the holes. They did it last year with Pete Kendall who served us well and now we drafted his replacement.

Someone suggested it earlier, but there's no way I trade Santana Moss. He may have a career year if healthy. Not sure where ARE stands now.

Posted by: sicwidit | April 27, 2008 7:00 PM

Kiper and Jaws admitted that Snyder paid them money to praise their draft

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 7:01 PM

Strengths: Reads keys well, shows good awareness and rarely gets caught out of position. Takes good angles to the ball, has good top-end speed and can cover the deep half of the field. Gets good hand placement and flashes the ability to effectively jam tight ends. Reads quarterback's eyes, appears to read routes and can get into position to make a play on the ball. Times the blitz well, takes the shortest path to the quarterback and shows adequate closing speed. Tough and fills hard when reads run. Squares up to the ball carrier, wraps upon contact and is a reliable open field tackler that flashes the ability to make the big hit. Always seems to be around the ball at the end of the play, has experience covering kicks and has the motor to develop into a valuable special teams player.

Weaknesses: Takes too long to regain speed when forced to open hips and turn and run and protects himself by giving receivers a cushion. Doesn't show great burst coming out of cuts and is going to have problems matching up with explosive slot receivers. Lacks ideal ball skills and drops some passes that should catch. Lacks ideal upper body strength, doesn't show a violent punch and takes too long to shed blocks when lined up in the box. Missed first six games of the 2005 season with what had been considered a potentially career-ending wrist injury, isn't expected to regain full range of movement in the wrist and durability is a concern.

Overall: Horton arrived at UCLA in 2003 and redshirted the year. In his first three seasons (2004-'06), he appeared in 28 games (15 starts) at strong safety and on special teams, recording 148 tackles (six for losses), three interceptions and seven pass breakups. As a senior in 2007, he started all 13 games and had 90 tackles (seven for losses), three sacks, one forced fumble and four pass breakups. Horton missed three games in 2004 after suffering a foot sprain. In 2005, a wrist dislocation cost him six games. Horton is an instinctive, high-motor player who rarely makes mistakes and tackles well. However, he's also a straight-line player who is going to have problems holding up in man coverage, isn't much of a playmaker and has some durability concerns. With all of that in mind, he projects as a late sixth or early seventh round pick.

Posted by: jayjay | April 27, 2008 7:03 PM

Can someone post the Lekelvis Melvin profile? Not a member of any of the online sites so I can't find it.

Anyone else know anything about him?

Posted by: Me | April 27, 2008 7:07 PM

Lekelvis Melvin, if Google doesn't know him, neither should the Skins.

Posted by: Dude | April 27, 2008 7:09 PM

All kidding aside, it is encouraging to see the 'Skins are revlevant in the draft, as far as numbers of players selected is concerned. Only time and games played will tell how sucessful they were. Please "experts", no grades for at least two years. Now, if they only resist making s stupid trafe for a washed-up "star".

Posted by: patrick | April 27, 2008 7:10 PM

Well, last year we kind of tried the draft. We followed our board. And boy did things not work out. So this year, we're going to be aggressive in free agency.

We have a plan.

Posted by: vinny 2009 | April 27, 2008 7:10 PM

I grant you that our draft strategy isn't always great, but you're going to rely on Google now?

Maybe Vinny Googled Durant Brooks and then drafted him.

I'm telling you, I've physically seen him play. Small competition, but he still stood out.

Posted by: Me | April 27, 2008 7:11 PM

I think we hit a home run in terms of the receiving corps and the defensive backfield.

With Kelly, Thomas, and Davis to pair with Moss, Cooley, and Randle-El, we have a ton of targets for Zorn and Campbell to work with.

I like Tryon as a nickel CB, Moore as a backup FS, and Horton as a hard-hitting backup SS.

We didn't really address the OL/DL. Rinehart looks like a potential starter at OG down the road, Jackson could be a third down DE, but we'll need to add depth via undrafted free agents.

Brennan fits the system.

Brooks sounds like a great one, and punting is one of those little things that makes a big difference.

Posted by: SaltyDog75 | April 27, 2008 7:12 PM

Oh please, jayjay.. you don't know what you are talking about. Remember Mark Murphy? Undrafted and yet is on the 70 Greatest Redskins of all time. Enough said.

Redskins | Team signs K. Brown
Sun, 27 Apr 2008 16:03:21 -0700

Josh Buchanan, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports the Washington Redskins have signed undrafted free-agent OG Kerry Brown (Appalachian State). Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Posted by: skinfanman | April 27, 2008 7:14 PM

when asked to sum up which team had the best draft: Kiper said K.City; another mentioned Dallas; a third mentioned Detroit, but Jaws started with the Redskins saying that this was an unusual draft for the Skins and with the 3 second round picks Zorn is going to be able to implement the West coast offense and Campbell will have a lot of fun toys to play with.

Posted by: | April 27, 2008 7:17 PM

Yeah, Vinny might have Googled Durant Brooks and seen him hit a 76 yard punt - longer than three Frosty punts!

Of course, that would have also provided evidence that the guy ACTUALLY EXISTED!

ESPN NFC East Draft Analysis - "Best Move"

After failing to land Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chad Johnson in a trade last week, the Washington Redskins did a great job of upgrading the position by taking Michigan State's Devin Thomas and Oklahoma's Malcolm Kelly in the second round.

Thomas and Kelly were considered among the top three receiving prospects, and the Redskins landed both by trading out of the first round to gain a pair of second-round picks.

Rookie head coach Jim Zorn will implement a West Coast offense in Washington and needs big targets at receivers who can make plays after the catch. Thomas and Kelly fit the bill as both are over 6-feet and 200 pounds.

Drafting these two players puts the Johnson pursuit to rest, but it's a pretty good consolation.

Posted by: SCSkins | April 27, 2008 7:37 PM

Roster size goes way up for training camp, plus you need some camp fodder, plus you need to fill in the spots where you need help and didn't draft, plus you can find some gems that are undrafted. SO sign them up.

Hard to believe Tommy Blake wasn't drafted. Last year people were saying he was going to be an impact NFL player... Vince Hall... He's like a London Fletcher type player....

Skins just signed Kerry Brown.....sweet! Under Buges this kid could work out well.

Posted by: Killaz | April 27, 2008 7:44 PM

The first day was as good as the second day was bad.

Loved the two WRs selected. Loved that we took two (one still would have left us thin at WR). Wouldn't have chosen to draft a TE myself, but I can see the reasoning and trust the FO on this one.

As for the second day, we may end up with a serviceable OL in Rinehart, and will get a new punter out of the deal, but we bypassed a LOT of players who could have helped us to get a punter and one OL. Everyone else projects to be a backup (best case) and virtually nobody else drafted is deemed by different scouting sites to have an amazing upside. Between watching the Wizards lose to a one-man team and watching the draft unfold, today was a depressing DC sports day...

Posted by: psdFx | April 27, 2008 7:45 PM

Let me be the first to say...BEST DRAFT EVER!

We made clowns of all the other teams in the NFL. Look at the draft we had. We were head and shoulders above all. That TE we got is awesome! And that punter...don't get me started.

JC will be just good enough to win it all next year, but eventually we'll need Brennan to take it to a whole other level.

Vinny should be commended. With the veterans we have and the talent we just accrued...SUPER BOWL here we come!!!!

Already trying to buy tix.

Haters be damned!

And yes, that is the only stance I have about this draft accept to say NOBODY knows how these picks will turn out, but at least we did not go broke in finding out. I look forward to seeing how they do pan out and which ones make the team and how they perform.

The armchair GM's can now go take a shower.

I am not a fan of Vinny as "GM" or Danny as an owner. I think they have really screwed this team up with prior year draft picks and poor free agent acquisitions. It pains me to say this but I think they did a pretty good job in this year's draft with the exception of the quarterback from Hawaii. It is said that the learning curve in this league is very steep, just maybe the skins might have caught on and have learned something from their many mistakes. B+ for this years draft.
