Markey First House Chairman to Post YouTube Video

As a 16-term veteran of the House, Rep. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) doesn't get many "firsts" anymore. But today is an exception.

Markey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet, posted the first ever YouTube video from, as he put it, "the chairman's perspective."

Watch Markey's video from today's hearing below, which included testimony from YouTube CEO and co-founder Chad Hurley and Mark Cuban, founder of HDNet.
