Entrepreneur Ein Makes a Racquet
Washington, D.C.-based entrepreneur and venture capitalist Marc Ein is bringing a World TeamTennis Pro League franchise to the nation's capital, reports Washington Post Staff Writer Liz Clarke.
The Washington Kastles team is exploring a handful of locations to serve as a temporary stadium for the season, which begins this summer.
Ein is the founder and CEO of D.C.-based Venturehouse Group and the majority owner of Kastle Systems, a security systems firm. Many metro area workers are familiar with the "Kastle Key" device enabling them to access their workplace office buildings.
Tennis legend Billie Jean King co-founded World TeamTennis in 1974.
