Pics of the Day: 'Greetings From San Francisco'

If a picture is worth a thousand words, this photo-based feature on San Francisco is worth, what -- 29,000? And that's to say nothing of the actual words used to flesh out the story about the greatest city in North America. (And yes, it's my hometown.) The feature, from the newish Web site Pictory, doesn't break new reportorial ground. Nor does it cover all, or even most, of the city's most pressing issues. But it's still a compelling and worthy piece of visual storytelling.
