Oil spill: You write the caption

By now, many of you have seen extensive coverage of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill that has devastated the local culture, economy and wildlife.

In the spirit of The New Yorker's cartoon captioning contest, we ask you to fill in the caption. What is this soldier standing on Grand Ilse, La., one of the places where oil has washed ashore, thinking?
