Pick of the day: Holy (wow) stories

In the news business, we have breaking news stories, feature stories, narrative stories, and then there's a whole other category of stories commonly referred to as "holy (wow) stories." Theresa Vargas' piece from Wednesday about a high-pitched noisemaker outside of the Gallery Place Metro is such a story. Business owners, fed up with loitering kids, met with District officials and result was the noisemaker that produces a pitch that only the young can hear.
