February is here. Snow is on the ground. That can only mean one thing for many Washington parents:
It's time for the summer camp sign-up frenzy to begin. Have you rushed an application to the mailbox or found yourself standing on line at 5 in the morning? Do you have certain camps' numbers on redial to get a coveted, but limited spot in a good summer program? Share your stories with us. Send them to schulteb@washpost.com
