Still Making Up Their Minds in the Earliest States
They'll be caucusing in less than a week, but many diners at Iowa's Waveland Cafe haven't completely made up their minds. One woman, still undecided, had made up her mind about something: "Anybody but George W. Bush."
And in Manchester, N.H. at the Red Arrow the consensus on the fast-approaching primary on January 8 seemed to be "it's going to be a tough one."

After seeing dining and deciding in Iowa I am more convinced than ever that this Iowa caucus is a total waste of time and ridiculous. If these people are saying they still don't know where candidates stand and don't know the difference in their positions they are idiots.
Most of the candidates have laid out full position papers on a whole series of issues and they are all available on their websites to anyone that wants to bother reading them.
The bigger question no one asked these people in the video is if they will even bother to caucus. Out of more than 2,000,000 eligible voters only about 125,000 will even bother to caucus. So why should the rest of the nation even care. I have seen estimates that it will cost about $400 per caucus voter to get them there. What a waste of time and money.
I hope whoever is President will appoint a Party Chair for their national organization, either the RNC or the DNC who will finally tell Iowa that this is the end for them. Iowa can run their caucuses but the parties will tell their candidates not to participate. Let the Iowans talk to each other.
