President McCain is right in some ways, very wrong in others.
Yes, he is right to be his own man-I think he is old enough not to have to be told what to do.
BUT, his days of Legislating are OVER. The role the President plays, and the roles a Congressman gets to play with, are two distinctly different roles.
As the ENFORCER, he needs to do what Bushie the Catatonic Chimp did NOT. ENFORCE this Nation's Laws-ALL of them!
We do not want or need anymore Immigration Visas(Than we already have), or Immigrants, than we already allow! We are taking more than any other Country, and we are already taxing our Resources-BIG TIME by OVER-POPULATION!
What the Good Senator-President to be, needs to realize;
IS THAT IT IS AN EMPLOYMENT ISSUE CREATING THE ILLEGAL INVADER ISSUE!
That the Un-Documented Labor Market is DESTROYING our Wages and Opportunities! :-(
As Mitt Romney, the Fiscal Conservative, and VP Best choice puts it perfectly,
Enforce our EXISTING Laws! :-)
Employers do not NEED Cheap Labor. Wage depressed Middle Class Blue Collar Workers need more Generous Employers!
It is really this simple. Even accounting for Gross Profit Margins, the House selling for $200,000 that has @ $30,000 in Labor costs, Will still be able to be Sold by Doubling the Costs of Labor for $250,000. They have dropped that much just because of a collapsing market-Due to people not earning enough.
The biggest difference, the ones building them will now be able to BUY one! ;~)
