Ron; this does not make any sense. Americans can cross any State border in the USA with impunity. Further, the illegal aliens that you rant about are working in our hotels, resraurants, orchards, and fields keeping this economy going. They also pay social security taxes that they cannot collect. Get a life.

The Presidents Illegal Alien bill is nothing more than an ill disguised plan for rewarding people for breaking our laws! It will only encourage more millions of Illegal Aliens to pour across our borders like Ex-President Clintons bill! It sends a message to one and all, our Laws were not Intended or Passed to be Enforced, come on across our borders, and we will reward you sooner or later! In the meantime enjoy Billions in benefits at American Citizens expense, both in benefits and lost of jobs!

If laws and the respect for laws are only a political convenient then it seems only fair that Americans citizens can & should, also break our laws with impunity!

In a time of Federal Deficits that should make all politicians ashamed, it seems that people here Illegally should not be feeding at the public trough at the expense of Law bidding ,Working, Tax Paying, American citizens!

When, due to the Hurricanes cost, politicians are forced to even consider, maybe, cutting back on pork barrel spending it is somewhat telling there is know mention of the 10,s or 100,s of Billions that in excess of 20 million Illegal Aliens are costing this country! Maybe it shows where their real priorities lay! It does not seem to be in the interest of Working American citizens of all races!

It seems like politicians in both parties fall back on the excuse of diversity and immigration to support rewarding criminals in the guise of providing an unlimited supply of nearly slave labor to businesses! As had been abundantly demonstrated in recent years, Business officials & Businesses owners will go to any lengths to increase profits, so they can reward their unlimited greed with bigger salaries and benefits! While letting the tax payers pay Billions in taxes to pay for the benefits Illegal Aliens are so adapt at getting from all levels of Government.

While all Americans are aware of the contributions a sane fair policy on lawful Immigrations has played in building this country, I do not think their understanding applies to Illegal Immigration! If we are going to let a hostile, corrupt, Government on our Border export their poverty here to avoid addressing the corruption there and improving their peoples living standards than, maybe, we invaded the wrong country! Meantime, Mexico's number one source of income is remittance of money taken from working Americans & American by Illegal Aliens and returned to Mexico!

I, will along with millions of other Americans Citizens will be very interested in the criteria used in selecting how many and for what reason green cards are rewarded to Illegal Aliens.

A. Will it be as a reward to profitable businesses for contributions to politicians and/or political parties so businesses and management can avoid paying a livable wage to American citizens? Like has occurred, in the constructed business where we have seen 100,s of thousands of working American citizens slip into poverty because they must accept Illegal Aliens wages, while the selling price of homes are soaring!.

B. Or will it be a reward to businesses that do not have a viable business plan and cannot afford to pay a livable wage to American citizens and must be subsidized by American tax payers?

C. Or will it be both A & B?

Question for John McCain & other like minded Politicians that believe Laws were made to be broken and Support Rewarding Illegal Aliens for breaking or Laws!!

President Bush's plan to legalize Quote ( undocumented workers) Unquote...My dictionary defines people in a country Illegally as Illegal Aliens not as undocumented workers! I believe it was Ex-President Jimmy Carter that degreed it was not politically correct to call them Illegal Aliens. Never the less, my respect for Jimmy Carter is about the same as it is my respect for President Bush, nil and none! So I will continue to call them by the correct name Illegal Aliens!

If you support rewarding Illegal Aliens with legalized status then I take it by default you support people coming here illegally! That being the case, then, by default and logic you must also support all Illegal Immigration from all countries, in all numbers? If not, on what bases would you exclude others, based on race, religion, country of origin, or what? If you include some groups but exclude other groups then that is inconsistence, illogical, and racist!

Perhaps, in your politically wisdom you can advise me what you intend to tell the 10000, of thousands of American that they have worked in the construction business & other businesses their entire lives. They have served in the military, obey our laws, paid their taxes, and been good Americans Citizens, but now find they are competing for jobs with Illegal day workers. They must find different jobs or work for 5.25 per hour or less. As a consequent, they are losing their homes etc. Their pride, unlike Illegal Aliens, prevents them from feeding at the trough of public welfare! What do we tell them? What do you tell Americans tax payers that pay tax to support the average 7800.00 each Illegal Aliens cost us annually...Tough shit, eat cake! Please Advise? Mr. McCain

We no longer have a government, by the people, for the people, but a government of the rich and powerful for the rich and the powerful!

Hurricane Katrina exposed our countries lack of preparedness to respond to a major terrorist attack! But perhaps equally important it exposed the deep flaws in our society. When we have Americans citizens looting, torching, raping and killing innocent people in times of a national tragic, then we have deep problems in our society!

You would think it would be obvious that a long range plan needs to be developed and probably billions of dollars necessary to begin addressing these problems. Maybe it is time that the politicians of both parties at all levels are ask hard questions why they chose to spend our limited resources in the amount of 10,s of billions of dollars on people in this country illegally! It should be self-evident to both politic parties and all our citizens that those billions could best serve the needs of American citizens and help address the very real problems exposed in our society by the hurricane!

The politicians of both parties and the administration are once again proving their polices are designed to help the rich and powerful and the politicians at the expense of the middle class and poor American citizens of this country. In August it was reported another 1.1 millions of Americans slipped into poverty. Company after company is cutting or eliminating health benefits. State after State is cutting back on Medicaid and the federal government is cutting Medicare, this combination is condemning more millions of Americans citizens to premature death and untold suffering!

Many of our public officials at all levels seem to have forgotten they were elected by American people to serve the American people and enforce our laws. They were not elected in Latin American to serve illegal aliens in this country. We have 45 million American without any health insurance and increasing daily. We cannot afford decent, timely medical care for our veterans and million of our old people cannot afford their required medicine and food and are forced live on animal food and/or go hungry. We have millions of American children living in poverty without a chance at the American dream. We have hundreds of billions of dollars in deficit spending. In short, we have millions of American citizens in dire need of the necessities of life. When those needs are taken care then & only then will our devious, self serving, corrupt, politicians pretending to be acting out of compassion, have extremely weak justification for spending billions of tax dollars on citizens from other counties here illegally! They have no possible justification when so many millions of Americans citizens have so little and need so much!

The real problem is politicians spending our tax money on poor American citizens does not result in big donations from the special interest that are profiting from subsidized illegal labor.

It is both Ethically and Morally wrong to spend billions of tax payer's dollars on people here illegally at the expense of poor American citizens! The Democrat party is as guilty as the Republican party in the looting of tax dollars to serve the special interest with nearly slave labor at the expense of American citizens!

The policy on Illegal Aliens in this country is diverting billions of dollars from tax paying, law bidding, Americans who fought our wars and built this country. Just taking the very low end & vastly understated both in cost per and number here. Ten million here illegally at an cost of 7800.00 for each one equals 78,000,000,000. While this number is vastly understated it would still by rights and just plain human compassion should be spent on our own poor citizens.

Illegal aliens have no allegiance to this country and the only gratitude they have is political corruption in this country benefits them, unlike corruption in Latin American. Most are more knowledgeable and more dedicated to getting benefits from the American Government at all levels than American citizens.

The president is doing great harm to our country and risking thousand of American lives in an attempt to gain Latino votes and more importantly the money donated from grateful business that his policies provide with a unending supply of nearly slave labor subsidized by taxpayers! To this end he is putting his quest for money and votes above the law, the constitution and his oath to preserve and protect the American people. There was no excuse for our policy on illegal aliens prior to 9/11 but after 9/11 his policies that allow 100's of thousands of illegal aliens to pour across our open borders makes a lie out of his often professed concern with terrorism and protecting the American public. To me and I hope many other concerned Americans he should be impeached for dereliction of duty! If we have innocent men, women, and children killed by terrorist that crossed our open borders their blood will be on his hands and other like minded politicians. The next time they can't plead they didn't know and wasn't warned! They can't deny and put their spin Doctors on TV to lie their way out of their responsibility for the mutation and the tragic lost of life. So I hope he and they will be held accountable for their crimes then and forever in history.

ARTICLE IV Section 4 of the United States Constitution

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Both New Mexico and Arizona has both called States of Emergency in trying to stem the tide of Illegal Aliens and Crime pouring across their borders! This is the Federal governments responsibility and is clearly the President failure and in Violation of ARTICLE IV Section 4!

Four years after 9/11 our borders are still open with millions pouring across the Southern borders! No one can make the case that if millions of poorly educated Illegal Aliens can cross our open Borders, then terrorist far better educated and with vastly more resources cannot cross our borders with WMD!

The hour is Late and the Danger is Great of a Major Terrorist Attack that would make the number of dead and displaced by Hurricane Katrina pale in Comparison!

While Americans are a compassion, generous people rewarding illegal behavior with billons of taxpayer's dollars only results in providing incentive for more illegal aliens to take advantage of our political corruption and misplaced compassion. Thereby creating a vicious circle with more illegal aliens here, more money required for them, more crime, more lowing of our living standards, and less money and less concern by politicians to service the very real needs of our own American citizens.

Recently the Democrat Governor of New Mexico was on national news explaining why he released funds to help parole New Mexico borders because they were being over run with illegal aliens and crime. But on the same show he explained how compassioned he was to illegal aliens, providing driver license, tuition and medical benefits etc. Can anyone, be so oblivious to the obvious, that they do not realize rewarding illegal behavior begets more illegal behavior? If so, they must have been enrolled in the same school as our President to teach them remedial breathing! I am sure New Mexico has many Americans citizens sick and living in poverty that need help! The Governor could have used tax money to help citizens of his State to show what a fine compassion man he is instead of foreigners here illegally! But he, like most politicians, has in fact, chosen to ignore the law, and the despair and needs of the people that elected him. Rewarding, illegal aliens, for breaking our laws, assure them of an unlimited supply for now and the future. Thereby serving the needs of the special interest with illegal labor and letting politicians pick up fat checks donated from grateful businesses, while letting the taxpayers pick up the billions of dollars in cost for their benefits.

In just one place around Nogales, Ariz. more than 490,000 people were caught last year trying to entering the United States illegally. Only a small percentage crossing our borders are caught but of the 490,000 caught 7 out of every 50 or 14% had criminal records and that is only the ones caught in crimes before and with incomplete records! No doubt with complete records and the larger percentage of ones that have committed crimes but never caught the percentage would be much, much higher. The sheer number of illegal aliens here and using the understated 14% crime rate makes the cost to our country and the pain and suffering of their victims mind boggling!

Many law enforcements officials state enforcing our laws and reporting illegal aliens will lessen cooperation from the illegal alien's community and making catching criminals harder. But the most vicious gangs (known as the MS-13) that we have ever experience and that are spreading like wildfire across our States and our cities are comprised primarily of illegal aliens. Millions of American citizens living in our inner cities including Latino Americans live in fear and imprison their selves in their homes because they are afraid to go out! Without millions of illegal aliens in this country there would be much less crime to worry about and enforcement thereby saving billions of dollars in law enforcement cost alone!

Mexico has always been and remains a poor, weak, corrupt, hostile government on our borders! Both the Government and most of the Mexican citizens have an intense dislike for the USA and our people. If anyone would like to verify this then they should visit the interior of Mexico, not Cancun and similar places where they are paid to pretend to like us. I think most would find they would be treated very badly by both officials of the Mexican government and the Mexican people. In fact, if you escape with your life you will be lucky, if you escape with both your life and your money you are blessed!

Mexico's main exports are oil, drugs, illegal aliens & corruption! The number one source of income in 2005 for Mexico is money send back by illegal workers in the USA. They have a unstated government policy to export their poverty to the USA thereby lessen the pressure to clean up the government corruption so they could provide a decent standard of living for their people.

Our governments failure to control our borders or take action to export illegal aliens already here has resulted in millions of illegal aliens in this county and is risking thousands if not millions of American lives to terrorism, corrupting our politicians even more, increasing poverty, convinced many citizens that we are not an nation of laws, costing tax payers billions of dollars, and robbing our own citizens of needed benefits, and will in time turn this country into a third world county like Latin American.

We have millions of Latino-American citizens and our government policy on illegal aliens and billions of dollars spend on benefits for illegal aliens are hurting them the same as all Americans. Additionally, we have thousands of Latino-Americans citizens serving this country in Iraq and around the world putting their lives on the line each and every day for this country and our people and our way of life. Each and every one of those Latino-Americans citizens are better Americans than most and worth much more then the self serving elected officials in this country that are subservience to the special interest of the rich and powerful!

The one politician, John McCain, that many thought and hoped was different and put duty, honor, country, and the rule of law above, politics, party, and the special interests, has now apparently given up and sold out to the special interest as well! As proved by the asinine Illegal Alien bill he Co-sponsored with Ted Kennedy! It is especially difficult to acknowledge what happened to John McCain after his prior service to this country in Vietnam. But he has finally realized the First Rule of every successful politician in the USA. They must never put either their Country or American citizen's interest above or before their own interest and their political future. Of course, as expressed by the politicians, there is not enough money for everything and they that must make the tough choices that is what they were elected to do. What Mr. McCain and other politicians have chosen to do is put their political interest, and the interest of millions of illegal aliens here above our laws and above the interest and welfare of the greater number of poor American citizens that desperately need the billions of dollars in benefits that is currently provided to citizens of other countries here illegally!

I would urge all American citizens to immediately take one of the two following actions:

1. For all those citizens who think our illegal aliens policy is a fine, fair, just, compassion policy, then contact your State and other elected officials and demand the same laws be passed for American citizens. For American citizens that attempt to cross a State border and caught, then they should be treated humanly, served refreshments and transported back to their home State at government expense. For the ones that successfully make it 20 miles across a State border than they should be meet by local officials, congratulated, and gave a yearly bonus by the government of at least 7800.00 dollars. Furthermore, no State shall be allowed to provide more than 25% of the resources required to monitor and control their borders.

2. For the American citizens who think our illegal alien policy is totally insane and supported by corrupt, self serving politicians submissive to the special interest, and in Violation of Article IV Section 4 of the Constitution, then contact your State officials and demand that we immediately close our borders to illegal aliens and terrorist. In addition, demand there is no rewards of tax money or benefits are spend on illegal aliens breaking our laws. Give the millions of Illegal Aliens in this country 180 days to leave with their processions. Ones remaining here after the allotted time will be rounded up and forfeit there processions to offset the expense of apprehending them and cost of sending them back to their home counties.

Republicans & Bush supporters are increasing questioning what kind of man they elected as President! His popularity & administration is sinking into the swamp of cronyism, incompetence, and an increasing stink of corruption!

Far from the smaller, honest, effective government that most thought they were voting for his administration has used tax dollars like know other government in history to reward supporters and buy votes. His policy of using Federal money for pork barrel laden bills & tax cuts without any attempt to control the growth of big government & spending, and with a large & ever growing out-of-control deficits has many realizing the man they thought they elected is not the man they got!

His rewarding of the Medal of Freedom to George Tenet for one of the greatest intelligence failures in American history leaves a bad taste in the mouth of most Americans. This has also left many wondering if it was a reward for supporting his determination to go to war in Iraq with or without WMD or ties to terrorist!

The failure in Iraq of any planning of how to control or administrate the country after the war, in spite of warning from both within and outside of his administration, strikes many as gross incompetence on the part of him and his advisors!

To add insult to injure, the asinine remarks of Romsfeld that you go to war with what you got, coupled with the lackadaisical approach to getting Armor for our troops, which has accounted for most of the casualties in Iraq, seems to many a total lack of concern for the ones paying the price and fighting an increasing unpopular war!

The war in Iraq has the opposite of the desired affect, instead of protecting us from terrorist it has reenergizes terrorist world wide and made it a recruiting ground for terrorist and terrorist training. We are now bogged down in an unpopular costly war without a viable exit plan.

His insistence on appointing unqualified political cronies to high positions is a cause for alarm to most Americans of both parties. From Brownie to his recent nomination of Harriet Miers for the Supreme Court and the withdraw of Timothy Flanigan nomination after facing weeks of questions over his ties to the lobbyist Jack Abramoff & Karl Rove. His main political brain and probable brain, Karl Rove likely indictment over the leaks of CIA operator's names, increasing speaks of not only cronyism, but of corruption in high places!

The dismal failure to respond to Hurricane Katrina after billions of dollars & years of planning increasing demonstrates incompetence and wasting of billions in tax dollars by his administration!

Vice Presidents Chancy transformation from wise experienced advisor to the prototypical corrupt CEO that ripped employees & share holders off for billions is now complete! Due to the rewarding of no bid contacts in Iraq to his ex-company and other big company contributors to Bush's reelection & the resulting inexplicable loss of billions of dollars. In a brazen display of unequaled arrogance they did the same thing again in rewarding no bid contacts for rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina to the same companies!

Bush's planned policy on giving millions of Illegal Aliens green cards as a reward for breaking our laws, is a blatant display of ignoring the wishes of 85% of the American public. His determination & desire to reward contributors with cheap labor at the expense of American jobs and billions in tax dollars to subsidize their many benefits, proves that the welfare of the country and American citizens is subordinate to his desire in rewarding the Rich and Powerful for their support!

His failure to control our open borders and continue to allow Mexico & Latin American to export their poverty to the USA by the millions 4 years after 9/11 seems too many, to bring in question, his concern with terrorist and fighting terrorism! Indeed, many question if another terrorist attack is not desired by this administration to allow him to parade with a bull horn & make asinine remarks like bring them on! To again demonstrate to the country and world that he is the bravest Chicken Hawk in the USA & stem the free fall of his sinking popularly & policies!

What many took for a brave resolute leader now appears to be something far different! A complete arrogances & inability to recognize or admit mistakes, the comprehension of an chicken, and if intelligence was measured by height, many now realize ,he would undoubtedly be a dwarf!

I, alone with millions of other concerned American Citizens are sick and tried of the Politicians and others treating Illegal Aliens like honored guests! They favor letting Mexico and Latin American export their poverty to the USA & letting the American taxpayer provide them with 100,s of billions in benefits.

While American citizens that fought our wars and made this country are treated like criminals, the way Illegal Aliens should be treated. The excuse, they use, is they are only trying to have a better life, well so are Bank Robbers and other criminals that Rob and Steal!

Make no mistake, Illegal Aliens are robbing the USA of much more then any other criminals in the USA, they are just taking money but a country! As for, as crime, by the time you finish reading this there will be robberies, rape, killing and other crimes committed by Illegal Aliens against American citizens!

They have no allegiance to this country & do not want to be American citizens, but to import their way of life, their language, crime and corruption, to the USA! While exporting the money they make illegally back to their home countries!

While letting American citizens pay for their illegal breeding, pay for their kids schooling, their medical benefits, welfare and all other benefits our elected Politicians can think of to reward them with!

We even reward their Illegal spawn with American Citizenship. Like American Citizenship has no value and million have not fought and died for the honor and privilege of being Americans, and citizens of other countries dream and wait years to become American citizens legally!

The fact is our Politicians are after Latino's votes and money from the Special Interests that benefits from using nearly slave labor!

The politicians would have us believe the Illegal Aliens are only here taking jobs Americans won't, take, which is true, because American citizens will not live 40 to the house like Illegal Aliens or work for slave wages while the Company owners and Business executives reward their selves with millions in salary and benefits!

Or can we collect the 100,s of Billions in benefits that Illegal Aliens are rewarded with from tax payer's money!

Well wait a few more years and we will be living like Illegal Aliens, providing they will still let us live in this country!

President Bush, John McCain, Ted Kennedy and other like minded politicians want to reduce this country to poverty, full of peons like Mexico and Latin American! Where a few have all the Power and Money and the rest of us can grovel in the dust and pull our forelocks when they ride by!

If any of you think Illegal Aliens are not lowering our standard of living, or costing this country 100.s of Billions of dollars, them I suggest you get involved and do some research.

What countries couldn't win or accomplish by force of arms is fast becoming a reality by Illegal Invasion and Prolific Breeding. At the present rate within 20 years we will be a third world country!

If we are stupid enough to give this country away without firing a shot, then I guess we deserve it. But it is a shame that the ones that are aware of what is happening; have to pay the same price, as the ones that are to stupid, to lazy, or to unconcerned to get involved!
