The big mistake that both house members made was this: last night Murtha came out on Hardball with Chris Matthews and saying that he had the votes. And then speaker Pelosi came out and support him. Which once again was another bad move. Since the far left pushed out the moderates. Well the Moderate Democrats blocked this move with thier vote.

Chris, I cannot believe the Democrats did not have the foresight to select Michael "Came Up Just Short" Steele to be Majority Leader. How could they say "no" to Steele's awesome commercials?
I'm sad, Chris, and the only thing that will comfort me is a picture of Michael Steele caressing someone else's puppy.

I think Stany Hoyer is also capable person, he will do a good job, if media can live him alone.!!!!!
