Live Blogging the Democratic Debate: A Disclaimer

As tonight's Democratic presidential debate in Philadelphia gets started, a quick disclaimer:

The Fix is blogging this event in real time. The following posts are meant to provide a flavor of the proceedings but should not be treated as an official transcript.

And, since we've been through a lot of these debates together, I'll be taking more time to watch the candidates' interaction and make sure I capture the key moments of the gathering. That means a few less posts but -- hopefully -- a bit more insight.

Hey, uh, Mr. Cillizza?

Could you take a bit more time to examine the candidates' policy positions? Who is giving them, what they are etc.?

(And no, examining who looked the most presidential presenting their argument does NOT count.)
