Kili Update, Again
Kili Lefotu is up and walking around,. moving gingerly at Redskins Park. He's obviously out of the hospital now, and though looking groggy after spending a few days in the hospital under observation, is clearly making progress as well.
The seventh-round pick declined any interview requests this afternoon, saying he's just not up for it yet, and understandably so. The offensive lineman passed out Wednesday night - doctors are still not certain why - and a battery of tests provided no clear explanation for his medical condition. The best guess, team officials said, is that he suffered a seizure, but that's definite.
Lefotu will Sunday's preseason opener in Cincinnati, and it is unknown if or when he can return to practice. After reporting to Redskins Park he was expected to return to the team hotel for more rest.
