Travel writer Gary Lee loves dive blues bars, silent monasteries, vineyards and taxis (yes, he's a travel writer who doesn't drive and it hasn't slowed him down a bit). But his real passion is indulging in exotic digestibles: ducks' tongues in China, mare's milk in Mongolia, barbecued baloney in Oklahoma City.
