The title's word "confidential"... .Can it mean that we,readers, customers, consumers, subscribers, and others, didn't deserve yet to read, consume, purchase any Patomac "Secretive" ? Is Patomac Pentagon only?Or it can have other meaning(s) as well ? I's about to open the Encyclopedia Americana, especially the 2005 scholarly edition, but then thought why wouldn't I be positive on the author's view and to restrict myself to the "confidential" ! I got the right thought . Thanks,M.Yu.& bus.P.S.The thought that I got was good for a reason that "confidential"also might have few meanings. So I'm on my way to the Encyclopedia Americana,2005,scholarly edit.
