A Wiz kind of game
It's halftime and the Wiz are down but the way this game is going, you have to like their chances of getting out of this with a win. It's up and down and Gilbert, Antawn and Caron are all getting the kind of looks they like. The problem is those layups they're giving up. At least make them work for what they're getting. And that Kevin Martin kid? He's steadily becoming one of those out-of-nowhere ballers who is going to earn himself a fat payday from someone. I like his game. His skinny ala Reggie Miller but not afraid to attack the rim and though that jumper is unorthodox, it tends to go in.

I think Stevenson should donate the hair he just cut off to Doug Collins....he really needs to do something about that hair. It's bad enough we have to watch Sager in those suits....but I just have to turn the channel when Collins comes on with that ugly hair.

Saw Kobe. Let's be real: dude is a talented ballplayer who happens to hate as a pastime. Remember the way he threw Shaq under the bus following his, uh, Colorado incident? If Gilbert wants true love, he has to go get it on nights like this when they are playing a struggling team without its best player. Go put 45, 10 and 5 up and walk out like the man. Caron needs to get rolling as well. I've been pushing his all star candidacy more than anyone but he has to come play on nights like this: national TV, road game, coming off a loss, got to have it this evening.

Yeah, if Caron wants to get into the Game, and so far this year he's been playing like it, then every ESPN or TNT game is basically an audition for him.

DOUBLE POST (Finnish nullus)!!!
Ivan Tha Carter Tha Terrible (we love you!!!),
DeShawn didn't really have dreads. Those were more like twists. Pretty ones, too. SO sad to see them go!!!
Dana Von Postgame Call-In Show Girl just entered THE MOTHERING HUT she's so upset by the clip job. Intern Ken is there, too, crying and yelling and thinking back to his middle school years when his mom made him get a "late-term circumcision."
DeShawn MUST HAVE GONE STIR CRAZY, LIKE IN "THE SHINING"!!! Riding around Denver hotel on a Big Wheel, playing Mario Kart on Nintendo DS Lite, slamming Hawaiian Punches and eating pretzels by the 85-cent vending-maching bagfulllllll.
Bet you DeShawn had Gilbert chop them twists off after a 12-hr. snowbound session of "HALO 2." ("Schwartzy totally wants your locks, D. Lemme cut them for good luck.")
And DeShawn grew those things out for what, a year, tops? Not 5 or 6 years. Naaawwww. If so, he'd have Etan's purrty hair, which is/are also pretty much twists (poemtry).
You want true (former) NBA dreads? Check Brian Grant. Dude could barely ball by the end, but he looked TITE (nullus). YABBY YOU!!! BIG YOUTH!!! BURNING SPEAR!!! Rastaman live 4evah!!!!
xoxoxo,
Jarkko (intern)

yo Ivan, this is slightly off topic but you get a chance to see those Miss Nevada 2007 pictures? That'll warm you up on a cold night.
p.s. Haywood earning a starting spot? Is Etan Thomas getting Wally Pipped?

Eddie's going with the starters and AD tonight. He does not trust that bench.

I told this was a Wiz kind of game. Too fast paced for the Kings to keep up. If the Wiz get a game like this, they are so hard to beat. Look at little Muss's face. He knows they can't stop the Wiz right now.

Looks like EJ is making sure he gets the front end of a back-to-back. Either that or the rest of the roster is at risk of getting served legal summonses (?) on national TV if they set foot on the court...

44 points in a quarter? Nice. Thor, you cracked me up. Well played sir.

Sigh. I agree but lets, uh, take the lead? I'm a little tired of being close but not taking over. We need a W before tomorrow night's heavyweight battle with the Suns.
