Wiz rolling
Well, I told you faithful blog readers that this was a Wiz kid of game at halftime and right now, the boys are handling business. Jamison is making his threes and in a way, that is the most telling thing about this team on a given night. When the jumpers are fallin' and the game is fast, they are in good shape. When the jumpers hit the fat part of the rim and bounce off like my boy Adam Chapman's jumper back in high school? They're in trouble. The Wiz should really play in the Western Conference. By the way the people of Denver can't wait for Iverson to show up. The place is going crazy.

haywood has 8 offensive rebounds. I hate to say this but he's been playing fairly well of late.

Jarvis Hayes has a double-double in rebounds and points if you tally his totals using base-3 arithmetic.

That move right there, the one where Gilbert drove, took the contact and made the shot? That's why ballplayers get commercials. Go to the cup, take some contact, make the bucket and get to the stripe. And by the way, you shut all of them fans in Arco Arena what we call up.

Haywood's been playing really good ball recently. Any idea as to whether the change is permanent? The Wizards are a better team with Big Wood out there.

The female who is sitting next to me just saw Caron Butler score and said: "I love him. I would have his children and I don't even like kids." Forget an All Star apperance, that's what it's about right there!

I said the same thing to Caron down in Richmond this summer at training camp, and he slapped a restraining order on me!!! I was like "I got a 187 tattoo, too!!! Seed me your offspring, Caron!!!" I swear it was Rosco B. Coltrane who slapped the cuffs on me!!! Luckily Rod and Chico (DeBarge) Bad News Bears Bail Bonds was there to spring me. xoxoxox, Dana Von Postgame Call-In Show Girl (callme, Ivan!!!) wizznutzz.com

The defensive effort has picked up...probably because the offense is scoring at will.
Martin's a killer though. He's Reggie Miller lite. If the Kings are smart, they blow this up and rebuild around a Pacers-like offense with Martin.
